EWA Files Reply Comments on the FCC NPRM to Improve Access to PLMR Spectrum

In Reply Comments filed December 22, 2016, on the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) proposal in WP Docket 16-261, the Enterprise Wireless Alliance (EWA) endorses the FCC’s effort to promote access to Private Land Mobile Radio (PLMR) spectrum, both acting on the Land Mobile Communications Council (LMCC) Petition and by identifying other proposed actions on its own motion. It urges the FCC to adopt the positions recommended by LMCC as well as additional specific recommendations on the proposed rules governing priority access to the 800 MHz Expansion Band (EB) and Guard Band (GB) spectrum.
